Cultural & Wellness Programming
We curate and run the calendar that fills a stay with reasons to talk about it — wellness, culture, music, food, talks, and community.

Programming has become a real job title inside hospitality, not a nice-to-have. Ennismore hires Wellness & Programming Managers to run daily cultural and wellness calendars. Manhattan's Fifth Avenue Hotel employs a full-time Director of Cultural Programming to produce more than sixty curated events a year.
A lobby or restaurant that only serves people passing through feels hollow. The properties people talk about act as gathering places for their cities — mixing travelers with the locals who give a place its character.
Done right, programming solves real business problems: slow midweek nights fill up, guests search for the property by name, and the stay stops being interchangeable with the one next door.
A stay made only of amenities is forgettable by design. A stay with a genuine calendar behind it gives a guest something to remember, and something to tell people about afterward.
What this includes
- Programming calendar design and curation — seasonal and year-round
- Wellness, culture, music, food & beverage, and talks programming
- Practitioner, artist, chef, and speaker sourcing and relationships
- Residencies and takeovers with visiting talent
- Day-to-night transitions for lounges, rooftops, pools, and bars
- Budget, logistics, and run-of-show for recurring or one-off series
- Coordination with sales and marketing, so programming supports the brand instead of just filling a schedule
How we work
Understand the place
The brand, the spaces, the guests, and the local community the property wants to draw in.
Build the calendar
A season-by-season plan across wellness, culture, music, and food, with budget attached.
Book and produce
Sourcing the right people, then running the logistics and the night itself.
Review
Looking at attendance and guest response, and refreshing the calendar so it never goes stale.
